The team organized Trilogy’s signature “Battle Royale” event, bringing over 300 of the country’s leading Fortune 500 senior business executives together for a 2-day summit that changed the way they viewed e-Business. They were instrumental in shifting Trilogy’s internal mission and external positioning to focus exclusively on customer success. They launched several new products in all of Trilogy’s business units.
